We design every electrical installation and heating system with experience and attention to detail. We aim for the highest standards possible in everything we install.

We have an abundance of experience designing heating systems and electrical installations. We understand that every installation is different and every client has different requirements. All our systems are bespoke and designed to be efficient, reliable and suitable for the clients needs.

We are constantly working with our manufacturers to gain the knowledge in their products so we can include the latest technologies in all our designs.

Correct design is the starting point for any electrical installation or heating system. Any installation relies on its design, if the design is wrong the system won’t work. Before we quote any new jobs we spend time designing the system so that we are quoting the right system for the customer.

Many people assume that skilled tradesman can design and this simply isn’t the case. Experience is gained over time and our designs are tried and tested. We leave no stone unturned and we have a real passion for what we do.

Our engineers spend a lot of time correcting poorly designed systems that have failed. Our advice to anyone is to understand the design process and what you are paying for. We like our customers to understand our designs and are always available to discuss them in detail.

All our electricians are qualified in electrical inspection and testing and all our heating engineers are qualified in Gas and oil.

We are NICEIC approved contractors, Oftec registered heating engineers and Gas safe heating engineers.

Stringent testing allows us to report on any failures and the system owners can rectify the faults keeping long term maintenance costs down. When it comes to electricity, gas and oil it is imperative that any system is in suitable condition for continued service and safety is not compromised.

DCR are an extremely experienced company in heating design and maintenance. This experience can be traced back three generations enabling DCR to provide the correct elevation of design and products that are best suited to our client’s properties. Thanks to the volume of appliances our team installs and our boiler aftercare service we are able to complete yearly reports. Reporting allows us to advise on the reliability of certain designs and to highlight manufacturers with the lowest failure rate and long term part availability. Our heating and hot water systems are based on providing the very best in reliability and energy efficiency performance. Our team work tirelessly in working closely with our chosen manufacturers to continuity deliver these standards.

DCR has an office in Mayfair. This investment has ensured we can provide excellent customer service along with highly experienced engineers to technical systems that operate more than just heating systems. Our heating engineers specialise in the Viessmann product and have provided many turnkey solutions along with breakdown assistance to existing Viessmann installations within the London area.
