“My 12 year old solar system stopped working. DCR predicted from the symptoms that the inverter had probably failed and quoted to replace it with a choice of brands at very competitive costs. The engineer arrived with a new inverter already on the van which had been ordered in advance should it be required. His test of the system confirmed the old one was indeed faulty, but the rest of the system was operating as it should. The inverter was replaced and commissioned on the spot with the installation being a very neat, tidy and professional job.
