Thanks to the volume of appliances our team installs and our boiler aftercare service we are able to complete yearly reports. Reporting allows us to advise on the reliability of certain designs and to highlight manufacturers with the lowest failure rate and long term part availability. DCR has an office in Mayfair. This investment has ensured we can provide excellent customer service along with highly experienced engineers to technical systems that operate more than just heating systems. Our heating engineers specialise in the Viessmann product and have provided many turnkey solutions along with breakdown assistance to existing Viessmann installations within the London area.
